The Nighthawk Paddle has a 90 kg/m ρ (density) Aerofoam EPP core deploying the latest in foam core technology.  The handle features an octagonal grip with PP+ foam interior helping balance the overall paddle weight.

We dialled down the foam density to stabilise the power and use a large pocket grid formation to give consistent control on those big serves and returns.

Engineered with a classic grey carbon fiber face reflecting the sleek lines of the Nighthawk Jet, this paddle is designed for discerning players who want reliable power with a preference for aerofoam balance over the traditional honeycomb playstyle "pop".

Why the Nighthawk Stands Out:

  • Grey Carbon T-700 Face: Offers exceptional durability, strength and a soft feel for longer surface dwell time.
  • Dynamic Design: Inspired by the Nighthawk Jet with unique grey feather face as well as technically engineered lightweight manoeuvrability.
  • Aerofoam Core: 90 kg/m ρ (density) foam, pocket grid formation core offers vibration dampening for consistent control without compromising on the power.

Best For:

Intermediate to advanced players who prioritise control, touch and feel while still generating substantial power. This paddle is versatile for players who like to mix aggressive drives and smashes with a precision game.

The forgiving sweet spot and comfortable feel also make it a great choice for beginners looking for a quality, arm-friendly paddle to help develop consistent play.

What about the Nighthawk Jet? The Nighthawk was developed in response to an Air Force request for an aircraft capable of attacking high value targets without being detected by enemy radar. It was the first Jet to be designed with stealth technology - including Radiation Absorbent Material (RAM) - to disguise the Jet from radar detection.

The Nighthawk pickleball paddle does not contain RAM, but it does give a nod to the Jet's ability to be camouflaged, and its surface will reflect different colours of grey depending on the light.

Nighthawk paddle face edge:

Jet Tech: RAM, Mach 0.92 (top speed) and jet outline
Paddle Tech: Aerofoam, Thickness (mm) and CarbonX face

★★★★★

A short practice session with the Nighthawk and it certainly lives up to its namesakes' characteristics. Stealthy and dangerous. Nighthawk feels like the perfect paddle for players that prefer dinking in the kitchen, offering plenty of grip from its textured surface for those high spin shots. It also feels perfectly suited to new players such as myself that are seeking something forgiving for off centre shots with the foam core providing plenty of control.
