Shipping

We ship worldwide. Free shipping applies to all orders for a limited period, as advertised on our site. We may change shipping charges at our discretion, and any fees are always shown at checkout before you pay.

In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouses in the UK, France or China, depending on your order and location. Every order is sent with tracking, and we'll email you the details once it's on its way.

For new launches or at times of high demand, paddles may be shipped directly from our factory and can take 10–15 days to arrive. We have limited stock and work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Someone may need to sign for your parcel. Unfortunately we can't deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Duties and taxes

Prices are in USD and include import duties. We cover any customs duties on your order, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. If a courier ever asks you for a duty payment, don't pay it. Email us at contact@airpropickle.com and we'll sort it out directly.
