Shipping policy

We ship worldwide and offer free standard delivery on orders over 150 USD / 150 EUR / 150 GBP.

We may offer free shipping on all orders at our discretion and for limited offer periods as advertised on our site. If you opt for faster delivery, a fee may apply as advertised at checkout.

If your order is in stock, and you order with Express Delivery by 12:30pm GMT on a weekday, we’ll dispatch it on the same day. For Standard Delivery shipments, we'll dispatch your items within 48 hours.

Your order will be sent from our warehouse and will be delivered by DHL with a tracking number.

Please note that someone may need to sign for your package at your delivery address. And unfortunately, we’re not able to deliver to PO boxes or armed forces APO/FPO addresses.

For new launches or in times of high demand, paddles may take 10 - 15 days to arrive and can be delivered directly from our factory.  Please be patient as we have limited stock and we work hard to get it to you as fast as possible!

Once your order has shipped we’ll email you with all the details, and the courier will update you with options to divert, delay, or track your kit.

Duties and taxes

We cover the costs of any import duties and customs fees for orders to the US, UK, Canada, Switzerland, Malaysia, Norway, Iceland and Japan. So you won’t have to pay anything extra after completing your purchase on our website.

And we ship within the EU, so no customs fees apply for EU orders.

For other worldwide destinations, your local customs authority may apply import duties and customs clearance charges once your order reaches your country. You will be contacted by the courier directly if anything is needed to clear your package based on local regulations. It will be your responsibility to pay these charges to the carrier before your package can be delivered to you.

Clearance processing may delay the delivery time listed as the parcel will continue to be held until payment and paperwork has been completed. Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes, the package will be returned to us for a refund.

If you’re a US customer, local customs may ask for your EIN or SSN number if the order is a high enough value to require formal clearance before authorising delivery to your address. You’ll usually have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to its original location for a refund.
