We reserve the right to update our practices and Privacy Policy as such standards evolve.
Our Usage of Cookies
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files stored on your browser or device, which can be in the form of session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) or persistent cookies (which stay on your browser for a set period of time or until you delete them). They generally contain information such as website preferences, user settings, and browsing history. This information helps us recognise you as you interact with or revisit our Services.
Cookies may be served by the entity that operates the website you are visiting (“first-party cookies”) or by other companies (“third-party cookies”). We, or our third-party partners, integrate third-party analytics cookies, like Google Analytics, onto our websites to help us understand how you are using our websites so that we can improve them.
We, or our third-party partners, also may use other technologies that function similarly to cookies. For instance, we, or our third-party partners, may use web beacons (also called pixels), which are small images on a web page or in an email. Web beacons collect information about your browser or device and can set cookies. In addition, we use local storage, which allows data to be stored locally on your browser or device.
How do we use cookies?
We use cookies for a number of reasons, like helping us determine the popularity of certain content, improving our Services and your experience, and to better understand your online activity. The cookies we use generally fall into one or more of the following categories:
- Essential Cookies—These cookies are strictly necessary for our Services to function properly. Some of our Services depend on these cookies and may not work properly, or at all, if they are disabled.
- Analytics Cookies—We use these cookies to better understand how you interact with our Services so that we can improve them. For example, we may use these cookies to determine if you have interacted with certain content or features. We can also use these cookies to learn more about which features are the most popular with our users and where we may need to make improvements.
- Advertising Cookies—We and our trusted advertising partners use these cookies to display advertisements, to make advertisements more relevant to visitors to our websites, and to track the efficiency of any advertising campaigns on other websites.
What are your choices concerning cookies?
You have the right to choose whether or not to accept cookies. However, since cookies can be an important part of how our Services work, if you remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services. Here are some options to control or limit how cookies are used on our Services:
- You can usually manage settings to remove or reject browser cookies manually within your browser’s configuration settings. To manage these settings, please follow the instructions given by your browser.
- To prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Our storefront may be hosted on Shopify, Inc. (“Shopify”), providing us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Purchaser data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Shopify (or its third-party payment processing vendors) stores purchaser data on a secure server behind a firewall. Please note that in such circumstances we do not ourselves directly process or store the debit/credit card data that purchasers submit. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase payment transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase payment transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. For additional information, please refer to the Shopify Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy, Cookie Policy at www.shopify.com/legal/cookies, and Data Processing Addendum at https://www.shopify.com/legal/dpa. We are not responsible for the Shopify Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, or Data Processing Addendum and you assume all related risks when shopping on their e-commerce platform.
We also may use third-party web analytics services on our Site, such as those of Google Analytics (see https://policies.google.com/privacy), Triple Whale (see https://www.triplewhale.com/pages/privacy-notice), HotJar (see https://www.hotjar.com/legal/policies/privacy/). The information collected may be used by AirPro and/or others in aggregated / anonymised formats to, among other things, evaluate use of the Site and relevant Services, analyse and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites, and better understand your online activity. For more information about interest-based ads, or to opt out of having your web browsing information used for behavioural advertising purposes, please visit www.aboutads.info/choices.

We retain Personal Information for as long as is reasonably necessary for our business operations and to fulfil the purpose of collection or further processing as described in this Privacy Policy; as we determine is necessary for business records; and to comply with applicable law.
We restrict access to Personal Information to those who need to know in order to provide services to you and to conduct our internal operations. We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your information. However, the Internet and digital information is not absolutely secure and, thus, we cannot promise guaranteed security. In the unlikely event that we believe that the security of your Personal Information in our possession or control may have been compromised, we may seek to notify you. As applicable, we will comply with notification requirements for a security breach and may also notify you using the email address you have provided to us.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate change, or bankruptcy, we may share or transfer your Personal Information as part of a transfer of our assets to the acquiring entity.
You can opt-out of us selling or sharing/using your personal information for targeted advertising for online activity by enabling an opt out preference signal for a browser or plug-in that makes it clear that such signal is meant to have the effect of opting you out of the sale and sharing of your Personal Information. Note that if you are logged into your online account, we will process such request for offline sales also, but if we only can identify your device or browser, we will only be able to apply the request to that specific device or browser and only for cookie or pixel based selling and sharing.
